[Facnet-l] Fwd: UBAC Meeting Agenda and Handouts

Thanks for sending this out. Given the importance of the work UBAC is doing would it be possible for you to encourage the co-chairs to send this info to the entire campus community (not just those on facnet) a few days in advance of the meeting so it would be easier to plan to attend?  Ideally a schedule of meeting dates would be posted.  Open meetings aren't really open if we're not aware that they're happening or know what will be discussed.

Your receiving the info from Russ at 5pm the day before the meeting makes it hard for committee members and the campus to be prepared for the meeting and given the circumstances we're facing it seems earlier information sharing would lead to more thougtful discussions.
